4.Cookies and Website Analytics

4.1The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and, where applicable, advertising.

4.2We may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour on the Site. These tools may set their own cookies and collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4.3You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

5.Disclosure of Information

5.1We do not sell your personal information.

6.2Where we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that recipient handles the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, though the protections available in that country may differ from those in Australia.

7.Data Security

7.1We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

7.2No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us or our third-party providers.

8.Data Breach Notification

8.1If we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm to affected individuals, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9.2We will respond to access or correction requests within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, and may charge a reasonable fee for access where permitted by law.

9.3We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and there may be circumstances where we are permitted by law to decline a request, in which case we will explain why.
